Shipping and Order Fulfillment Specialist
Wolf Tooth Components is looking for a Shipping and Order Fulfillment Specialist to help pick and ship our products to consumers, dealers, and distributors. This position will primarily involve working in the Wolf Tooth warehouse and shipping department.
Experience:
Organizational aptitude. Detail oriented. Good communication skills and a desire to work hard are a must, as we move quickly at Wolf Tooth!.
Duties will include, but not be limited too:
- Dealer/Distributor order fulfillment and daily shipping
- Updating spreadsheets
- Inventory picking
- UPC labeling
- Some light assembly and product packaging
- Respond to customer emails
Expectations
- Learn and understand warehouse procedures
- On-task, work completed in a reasonable time
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Ability to learn basic software and shipping systems
- Work safely and efficiently
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on occasion
- Ability to be on your feet much of the day

Hourly, corresponding to experience and abilities
Hours:
Full-time day shift Monday-Friday (roughly 8:30-4:30 with some flexibility). Potential for overtime.

CNC Machinist
Wolf Tooth Components seeks a proven individual that has experience with CNC milling and turning.
Compensation: Competitive Wage, corresponding to experience and abilities.
Required experience and/or aptitude:
High school diploma or equivalent with good knowledge of basic math
Read and interpret engineering drawings, follow instructions, perform repetitive tasks and conform to safety rules
Possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work with one's hands
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic G-code programming
Experience working with tool and work offsets and making wear adjustments
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience required
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
CNC machine setup
CNC machine operation
Raw part deburring
Quality assurance and part inspection
Tool wear adjustments
Fixture assembly and disassembly
Working with programs, tools and offsets
Meet required performance goals by performing work efficiently and avoiding unnecessary distraction
Assist with machine maintenance and keep a clean and organized workspace
Willingly perform various assignments while exhibiting a strong work ethic, consistent attendance and possess the ability to get along with others
Available positions:
1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday
2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday
While the work environment is climate controlled, clean, and safe, it is a manufacturing facility, with occasional airborne fumes and particles, mechanical hazards, and an increased noise level. The wearing of ear and eye protection is required as needed. The employee is also required to stand for up to 3 hours between breaks, regularly use their hands in operation of machining and part production, and regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Production Assembler
Wolf Tooth Components is looking for production assemblers to train into all areas of assembly, from laser engraving, to component building, to product packaging. With a large and ever-expanding catalog of products, the day-to-day is always different but the general duties and responsibilities are the same. Employees rotate duties throughout the day, but generally work on a task for 1-2 hours at a time at standing or seated stations.
Experience:
This is an entry-level position and requires no previous experience in the bicycle industry or manufacturing. Good communication skills, high degrees of flexibility, and an interest in learning new things are qualities we look for.
Duties will include, but not be limited too:
- Laser engraving
- Product assembly
- Product finishing
- Product packaging
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs on occasion
- Work safely and efficiently
Compensation:

Hours:
Full time. Day and evening shifts are available.

Part Time Packager
Wolf Tooth Components seeks a part-time staff member to assist with product packaging. This position may also assist with small component assembly or product finishing work.
